William Tracy Moore

William T. Moore, 82, of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, July3, 2012, at his home. Services at a later date. Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids
Survived by his wife, Rose; children, William T. “Jr.” (Linda) Moore of Hannibal, Mike Moore of Cedar Rapids, Emma Moore of Winfield, Joynnia Moore of Cedar Rapids and Tracy Moore of Cedar Rapids; two step-daughters, Diannia Henderson of Marion and Tina (Chuck) Hartson of Cedar Rapids; daughter-in-law, Nikki Moore of Cedar Rapids; 21 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; and 7 step-great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Juanita; sons, Jim Moore and Floyd Moore; great-granddaughter, Judith Moore; brothers, John and Bob Moore; and sister, Donna Palmer.
William was born May 4, 1930, son of Oscar Floyd and Emma Elisabeth Moore. He married Juanita, where she passed while giving birth. William enlisted to the United States Army in 1947-1948. He later moved to Anamosa in 1960, where he later married Rose Kepler on September 23, 1966. William worked at a scrap metal business.
