William “Billy” F. Andrews, 80, of Walker, Iowa, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018, after a long battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis at ABCM Rehabilitation Center of Independence. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at 2:30 p.m. at Walker United Methodist Church, Walker, conducted by Reverend Annette Kruse. The family will greet friends for one hour prior to service at the church.
Billy was born May 28, 1938, in Troy Mills, Iowa, the son of Harley and Sarah (Renfer) Andrews. On July 12, 1957, in Nashua he was united in marriage to Marguerite Neimeier. Billy was employed by Iowa Manufacturing as a machinist until retiring in 1985.
He is survived by his wife, Marguerite of Walker; and sisters, Arlene Thornblade of Mason City and Evelyn Becicka of Cedar Rapids.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Janet Coleman; and brother, Orville.
