Tracy Lynn (Campbell) Wadsworth, 45, of 1601 C Avenue NE, Cedar Rapids, died Monday, August 14, 2006, at St. Luke?s Hospital, Cedar Rapids, following a sudden illness. Services: 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 17, 2006, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, by Rev. Parker Knoll. The family will greet friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, August 16, 2006, at the funeral home. Burial: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her mother, Jacquie Burmeister of Cedar Rapids; brothers, Don Campbell of Mt. Vernon and David (Shanon) Burmeister; sisters, Shelley (Don) Ellickson and Julie (Mike) Hamilton; and special friend, Dennis Malloy, all of Cedar Rapids.
And with the loving grace of an extended family, sisters, Donita (Jody) Crenshaw, Donna (Steve) King, Rose (Jerry) Doom and Ann Kohout; brothers, Jack (Norma), Bill (Steph), Rob (Anita), Jerry and Mike Hall; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Campbell; her stepfather, Ronald Burmeister; her father, Donald Campbell; and her stepmother, Kathryn Campbell.
Tracy was born January 26, 1961, the daughter of Donald and Jacquelyne (Hickman) Campbell, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A graduate from Jefferson High School in 1979, she entered the Armed Forces in 1986 serving in the United States Army until Honorably Discharged in 1993. Most recently, she was an employee in the food/restaurant business in Cedar Rapids.
A memorial fund has been established in memory of Tracy.
