Terry Dean Krueger

Terry Dean Krueger, 53, of Robins, Iowa, died Wednesday, December 26, 2007 at Genesis Medical Center, Davenport, Iowa, after complications of surgery. Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, January 3, 2008, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Marion, Iowa, by Rev. Mark Urlaub. The family will greet friends from 4 ?" 8 p.m., Wednesday, January 2, 2008, at the funeral home. Burial: Oakwood Cemetery, Shellsburg, Iowa.
Survivors include his son, Tony Krueger of Robins; his mother, Marie (Charles) Krueger-Storey of Shellsburg; two brothers, Alan (Sandy) Krueger of Center Point; and Ricky (Dawn) Krueger of Garrison; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father and a nephew, Tye Sanders.
Dean was born August 29, 1954, the son of Raymond Jack and Marie Lucille (Bathke) Krueger in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He married Denice D. Seevell in 1986 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. They later divorced.
Dean was a member of the Covenant Hospital Chariots wheelchair basketball team for many years. He enjoyed classic cars and NASCAR, music, spending time with family and friends and was an avid Hawkeye fan. Dean was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Dean’s name.
