Teresa Ann Purdy, 38, of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, October 29, 2004, in Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids. The family will greet friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 2, 2004, at Murdoch Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Central City. There will be no services. Burial will be at a later date.
Survivors include her mother, Marilyn Gillis of Cedar Rapids; her father, Charles Purdy of Tacoma, Washington; a son, Jeremiah Purdy of Cedar Rapids; a brother, Craig Purdy and wife Rhonda of Cedar Rapids; and two sisters, Mindy Bickal of Ft. Hood, Texas and Michelle Bickal of Pensacola, Florida.
Teresa was born the daughter of Charles and Marilyn (Haas) Purdy on October 21, 1966, in Cedar Rapids.
A memorial fund has been established in Teresa?s memory.
