Tammy Lou Blozvich, 45, of 4851 1st Ave. SW, Cedar Rapids, died October 11, 2008, at St. Luke’s Hospital following a long illness. Memorial Service: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 21, 2008, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include; her children, Amber Kilberger of Mt. Vernon, Christopher (Alissa Garthwaite) Blozvich, and Felicia Blozvich,; her mother, Darlene Ciha Curtis; her boyfriend, Kevin Bottoms; three brothers, George Blozvich, Jeff Blozvich, and Gary McHugh; a sister, Georgia Curtis, all of Cedar Rapids; three grandchildren, Lance Blozvich, Mason and Miles Kilberger; and many other family members and friends.
Tammy was born September 28, 1963 in Iowa City, the daughter of George Blozvich, Sr. and Darlene Ciha. She loved cooking and watching talk shows and will be remembered as a very generous and kind person.
A memorial fund in Tammy’s memory has been established.
