Tahsha Roddy, 46, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2023, at her home. No services are scheduled. Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Cedar Rapids assisted the family.
Tahsha was born July 28, 1977, in Iowa City, Iowa, the daughter of Timothy and Debra (Stokes) Plotz. She graduated from Central High School in Arkansas and Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids. Tahsha had a big sense of humor and was quite the goofball. She loved drawing and painting. Tahsha liked roses and her favorite colors were purple and blue. Above everything, she loved being a mother.
Survivors include her daughters, Celia and Aliana Roddy; parents, Debra (Bobby) Baxter and Tim Plotz; sister, Gabby Plotz; fur babies, Boss, Diamond, Queen, Lola, Stitch, and Pumpkin; grandmother, Darlene Stokes; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jerry Stokes.
