Sharon R. Wiese, 68, of Marion, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2017, of an unexpected illness surrounded by her family.
Born on May 8, 1949, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, she was the daughter of John and Rose Lipcamon.
She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her grandkids. She loved all animals, especially her fur babies at home and her fur grandbabies.
She is retired from Linn Mar Schools after 40 years of service as a bus driver.
She is survived by her husband John; her son Clint (Sara) Wiese; and her daughter Christine (Jason) Whitlock; 5 grandsons, who she loved so much, Mitchell Wiese, and Trace, Tyson, Tryton, and Traxon Whitlock; siblings, John David (Karen) Lipcamon, Nancy (Rick) Rosendahl, Barb Gusta, and Marilyn (Steve) Schmitz.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents.
Come join us for Sharon’s celebration of life to be held on Sunday, December 17th, 2017, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 520 Wilson Avenue SW, Cedar Rapids. Eulogy at 1:00 p.m. with fellowship following in the Legacy Center at Murdoch-Linwood from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
