Sharon Faye (Rammage) Busse

Sharon Faye (Ramage) Busse, 72, of Marion, Iowa, passed away Saturday, August 18, 2018. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 2, 2018, at Squaw Creek Baptist Church in Marion from 2 – 5 p.m. Private family burial will take place at Oak Shade Cemetery in Marion at a later date.
Sharon was born December 31, 1945, in Owensboro, Kentucky, the daughter of Earl and Anna Ramage. She graduated from Kirkwood Community College’s nursing program. On January 8, 1966, in Balboa Park, San Diego she was united in marriage to Ellis Busse. He passed away on February 1, 1998. Sharon was very proud of being a volunteer at Mercy Medical Center for over 20 years.
She is survived by her children, Theresa (Mark) Eichinger of Marion, Erin (Adam) Wood of Vinton, Felicia Ward (and Richard) of West Virginia, Eric (Shannon) Busse of Marion, and Timothy Busse (and Trish) of Colorado; 12 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; sister, Jean (Robert) Jackson of Texas; and a brother, Michael (Brenda) Ramage of Alabama.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and his parents.
A memorial fund has been established in Sharon’s memory.
