Sarah A. Wolfe, 33, of Waterloo, Iowa, died of a sudden illness Tuesday, October 16, 2012, at Covenant Medical Center, Waterloo. Services: 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 20, 2012, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Center Point, Iowa, by the Rev. Lori Wunder. The family will greet friends from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, October 19, 2012, at the funeral home. Burial: Center Point Cemetery, Center Point, Iowa.
Survivors include her dad, Tom (Linda) Wolfe of Cedar Rapids; mom, Meredith Wolfe (Dan Blinks) of Center Point; brother, Joshua (Cassidy) Wolfe of Coralville; sister, Molly (Sean) Stuelke of Center Point; grandmothers, Donna Wolfe of Worthington, Iowa, and Marvel Wagner of West Union, Iowa, and niece, Trystan.
Sarah was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Edgar Wolfe and Vern Wagner.
Born May 2, 1979, in Independence, Iowa, Sarah was the daughter of Tom and Meredith (Wagner) Wolfe. She graduated from Washington High School in 2000. She worked at Options of Linn County and the last year and a half was a resident of Harmony House in Waterloo.
Sarah loved the Iowa Hawkeyes, participated in the Special Olympics, and enjoyed movies and music. She especially loved her niece, Trystan.
Sarah will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
