Santana Antonio Phillips III, 1 month old son of Santana Phillips Jr. and Kerry Levien, died Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids. Private family services will be held. Arrangements by Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include his parents Santana and Kerry of Hiawatha; a sister, Makayla Phillips; maternal grandparents, Eric (Paula) Miltner of Cedar Rapids; maternal great-great-grandmother, Edna Davis of Hiawatha; paternal grandmother, Lathasha Thompkins of Miami, paternal grandfather, Santana Phillips of Chicago, Illinois; and paternal great-grandmother, Sandra Phillips of Chicago, Illinois.
Also surviving are aunts and uncles, Kristi Levien of Cedar Rapids, Tommy Lee Phillips, Michael Phillips, and Ruby Phillips, all of Chicago.
Santana was born February 2, 2012, in Cedar Rapids.
