Rosemary Ann Fulton, 85, of Shellsburg, Iowa, formerly of Brandon, Iowa, died Sunday, August 1, 2021, at the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha, Iowa. A graveside service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at the Walker Cemetery in Walker, Iowa. Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Center Point, Iowa, is assisting the family.
Rosemary was born on October 6, 1935, in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Bill and Mary Zitz. On October 4, 1961, she married George Gerald Fulton in Monroe, Michigan. Rosemary dedicated her life to raising her children.
Survivors include her children, Darlene Lytle of North Liberty, Dwayne Fulton of Shellsburg, Kathy (James) Kanagy of Holbrook, Iowa, and George (Betty) Wright of Cedar Rapids; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and brother, Ken (Bonnie) Zitz of Hawaii.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Mary Zitz; husband, George Fulton in 2016; daughters, Debbie, Marie Ann, and Lynn Marie Fulton; and sister, Beverly Zitz.
A memorial fund has been established for the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy.
