Rosemary A. Coghlan, 75, of Manchester died July 20, 2010 at the Good Neighbor Home.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Thursday, July 22, 2010 at the Delaware County Community Center. Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Manchester, Iowa, is in charge of the arrangements.
Rosemary was born November 7, 1934 in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Monte and Stella (Payer) Smith. She was united in marriage on February 3, 1961 to Earl Coghlan. Rosemary most recently worked as a clerk for Dollar General in Manchester until this last Easter.
Rosemary is survived by six children; Michael (Barb) Coghlan, Randy (Kay) Coghlan, David (Sherie) Coghlan, Allen (Marilyn) Coghlan, Daniel (Tricia) Coghlan, Brenda (Will) Morris; one step-son, Ron Yarrington; twenty grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Stella Albright, Maxine Tompkins, and Bernice Gustafson.
Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Coghlan in 2008; her parents, Monte and Stella Smith; two children, Ann Marie Coghlan and Denise Hain; five brothers, Frank, Joe, Tony, Albert, and Freddie; and one sister, Agnes.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Rosemary’s name.
