Rose Ella Marie “Rosie” Roling, 48, formerly of Delhi, passed away February 5, 2014 in Guttenberg, IA.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. , Monday, February 10, 2014 at St. John’s Catholic Church in Delhi by Rev. John Kremer. Private family visitation will be held Sunday, February 9, 2014 at the Clifton-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Earlville. Additional visitation, one hour prior to services at the church on Monday. Private graveside services will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Delhi.
Rosie was born September 19, 1965, in Iowa City, the daughter of William and Mae Louise (Wuchter) Roling, Jr. Rosie received her education through special education classes. She enjoyed spending time outdoors.
Rosie is survived by brothers and sisters, Chris (Carolyn) Roling of Delaware, Joe (Susie) Roling of Hopkinton, Ron (Chris) Roling of Springfield, MO, Ruth (Joe) Heffernan of Manchester, Grace (Arlyn) Maifeld of Manchester, Frank (Robin) Roling of Thermopolis, WY, Ramon (Brenda) Roling of Manchester and William Roling of Manchester and many nieces and nephews.
Rosie was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother-in-law, James Bockenstedt.
