Rosann Marie Bean (Jelinek)

Rosann Marie Bean, 66, of 2225 26th St. SW, died March 31, 2008, at home, following a long illness with cancer. Services: 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 3, 2008, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Cedar Rapids. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her husband, Theodore; her son, Bryon Keith Bean and wife Dorothy of Cedar Rapids; her daughter, Pamela Marie Buck (Bean) and husband Randy of Cedar Rapids; five grandchildren, Alexander Theodore Buck, Keith Aaron Buck, Joseph Allen Bean, Skylar Marie Bean, and Elizabeth Ann Bean; her brother, Don Jelinek and wife Elsie of Cedar Rapids; and her dog, Lady.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her dog, Misty.
Rosann was born September 19, 1941, the daughter of Joseph and Adela (Polansky) Jelinek in Cedar Rapids. Rosann graduated from Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids. On September 6, 1961, she married Theodore Lemuel Bean Jr. in Cedar Rapids. She retired from Target where she had worked as a Barista at Starbucks.
Rosann enjoyed crocheting, reading, being outside, her dogs, traveling, and the Cubs.
