Robert Guy “Robbie” Bonebrake, 42, of Rockford, Illinois, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, July 16, 2007, at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, following a lengthy illness. Memorial Service: 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2007, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Marion by Rev. Del Bear. Private family inurnment will be at Dunkard Cemetery in Toddville at a later date.
Survivors include his daughter, Jessica Lynn Cappel of Tennessee; his parents, Ray and Barb Bonebrake, Jr. of New Sharon; his paternal grandparents, Ray and Irene Bonebrake, Sr. of Marion; a brother, Allen Lee Bonebrake of Sheboygan, Wisconsin; twin sisters, Angela Stermer of Houston, Texas and Rachel Norton of Rock Falls, Illinois; three grandchildren; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Robbie was born October 16, 1964, the son of Raymond and Barbara (Mentzer) Bonebrake, Jr. in Cedar Rapids.
