Robert E. Pearson

Robert E. Pearson, 70, of 1020 9th Street NW, died Saturday, June 21, 2003, at St. Luke?s Hospital, Cedar Rapids, following a short illness. Private Family Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements with Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include his sons, Rob Pearson, Kirk Pearson and Daryl Pearson, all of Kansas City, Kansas; his sons? mother, Billie Ward of Kansas City, Kansas; and a brother, Terry Pearson of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Robert was born January 17, 1933, the son of Walter and Ruth Swanson Pearson, in Rockford, Illinois. He served with the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict. Robert worked as a project engineer for Colony Heating and Air Conditioning, until retiring in 2002. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #2272. Robert will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by his family and friends.
