Robert Max "Bob" Hughes

Robert “Bob” M. Hughes, 63, of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, February 28, 2010. Survivors include two daughters, Sonya (Greg) Hagensick and Lisa Hughes; a brother, James Hughes; a sister, Margaret (James) Mulholland; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Bob was born January 28, 1947, the son of James and Genevieve (Smith) Hughes in Ottumwa. Bob was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in 1968.
A potluck celebration will be Saturday, March 6, 2010, from 2 to 5 p.m., at 1201 Harold Drive S.E., Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Arrangements by Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
