Raymond was preceded in death by his parents; ten brothers and sisters; his wife, Marie; son, Michael; and great grandson, Cory.
Raymond is survived by five daughters, Teresa Ulrich, Cheryl (Richard) Havlicek, Linda (Rick) Rogness, Mary Ulrich, and Susie (Jeff) Blazek; eleven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Raymond was born November 15, 1925, the eleventh child of Fred and Mabel Ulrich. He entered the United States Marine Corp in 1943, with the inspiration of the death of his brother George at Pearl Harbor in the same year. He was an amphibious tank driver in the Marines with stories that would amaze and inspire any soldier or civilian. He was honorably discharged at the end of his service in World War II and the Korean Conflict. He married Margaret Marie Lynch on November 22, 1950, and raised six children in Toddville, Iowa. Raymond worked at Square D as a Millwright until 1968, when he then started his own Janitorial Service which he worked at up until the last few years of his life. He enjoyed gardening and was a gardener that Martha Stewart would be envious of. Most of all he enjoyed his grandchildren and great grandchildren along with many grand dogs. They will never forget their Papa.
Semper Fi Dad and what an honor it was to be your children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friend to so many people.
