Randall “Randy” Law, 60, of Central City, passed away Monday, August 10, 2015, at Jones Regional Medical Center in Anamosa. Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 15, 2015, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Marion. Visitation: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday , August 14, 2015 at the funeral home. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include his wife of almost 41 years, Deb Law; his children, Chris (Colleen) Law of Cedar Rapids, Erika (Matt Annis) Parker of Alburnett; his mother, Shirley Engelbart of Marion; five grandchildren, Keaton, KK, McKenna, Maddie, Chase; his siblings, Gail Stenerson, Barry Law, Brenda (Greg) Randall, Jeff Law, and Rick (Maggie) Law.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Randy was born October 17, 1954, in Watertown, South Dakota, to Charles and Shirley (Schreck) Law. He married his wife Deb Johnston on August 31, 1974, in Springville, Iowa. Randy recently retired from ADM after working there for 34 years. He enjoyed fishing, camping, drag racing and was a handyman. Randy especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Randy’s name.
