Pauline Frances Weber, 90, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, formerly of Waterloo, Iowa, died Monday, July 18, 2022. A visitation will be held from 4 -7 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at The Legacy Center at Murdoch-Linwood in Cedar Rapids. A funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 22, 2022, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Cedar Rapids. Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery in Cedar Rapids.
Pauline was born January 18, 1932, in Rowley, Iowa, the daughter of Nathan and Ethel (Baker) Norton. She was united in marriage to Adolph “Art” Arthur Weber in Grundy Center, Iowa. Pauline worked in food service for the Waterloo Community School District. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Cedar Rapids and the VFW Post #788 Auxiliary from 1974-2015.
Survivors include her children, Linda (Jon) Walsh of Bloomington, Illinois, Bette Weber, Marlene Weber, and Patricia (Mark) Knutsen, all of Marion, Iowa, Charmaine Weber, and Darwin (Brenda) Weber, all of Cedar Rapids; eleven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Art Weber; parents, Nathan and Ethel Norton; grandson, Shane; great-grandson, Darren; and three sisters, Bernice, Jessie, and Nancy.
