Paul C. Young
March 5, 1956 — November 8, 2003
Paul C. "Butch? Young, 47, of 189 Sunset Lane, died Saturday, November 8, 2003, at Mercy Medical Center. A remembrance gathering with the family will be held Saturday, November 15, 2003, at 1041 Rolling Glen Drive in Marion, from 1-3 p.m. A private memorial service will be held at a later date in the Rocky Mountains.
Butch was an avid outdoorsmen, backpacking and photographing extensively in Colorado and Wyoming. He enjoyed mushroom hunting and fishing, and his family especially appreciated his gourmet cooking.
Prior to working as an independent contractor and successfully selling his woodworking/folk art at several art shows, Butch worked at Langer Manufacturing and D.C. Taylor Roofing.
His family will miss him dearly: mother, Mae; sisters, Sandra (Bryon) and Paula (Allen); brother, Larry (Charlene); and three nieces, Cindy, Catherine and Megan.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul C. Young.
