Patricia Anne Duncan, 64, a resident of Willow Gardens Care Center, Marion, formerly of rural Urbana, died Tuesday, August 26, 2003, following a short illness. Services: 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 2, 2003, at Murdoch Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Center Point, by Rev. Mike Ellson. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m., Monday, September 1, 2003, at the funeral home. Burial: Urbana Cemetery, Urbana, Iowa.
Survivors include her daughter Lisa (Greg) Husmann of Orlando, Florida; a son Kevin (Candy) Duncan of Marion, Iowa; and four grandchildren, Derek, Kacey, Britney, and Larissa.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband Dale.
Patricia was born January 20, 1939 in Vinton, Iowa, the daughter of Cecil and Annie (Simanek) Cross. On January 20, 1962, she married Dale Duncan at Omaha, Nebraska. He died in 1994. Patricia worked as a cook and was involved with the Sports Boosters in Urbana.
