Patricia Kay (Watson) Chambers-Rike, 61, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 28, 2016, at University of Iowa Hospitals, Iowa City. A Celebration of Pat’s Life: 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 2016, at The Legacy Center at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home, Cedar Rapids. Burial: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids, at a later date.
Survivors include her husband, Daniel Rike; children, Jonathan (Molly) Chambers, Jeremy (Melissa) Chambers, Joshua Chambers, Joshua (Megan) Rike, Scott (Sarah) Rike, and Allison Rike; seven grandchildren; mother, Betty Watson; sister, Pam (Richard) Steinke; many other extended family that loved her; and her dog, Viola.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clare.
Pat was born on April 26, 1954, in Cedar Rapids, daughter of Clare and Betty (Harnish) Watson. She was a loving wife, mother and was loved by all that knew her.
