Pam (Jons) Kimball, 34, of 1013 12th Street NE, Cedar Rapids, died of a brain aneurysm Saturday, February 19, 2005, in University Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City. Services: 10 a.m. Thursday, February 24, 2005, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Marion. Burial: Alice Cemetery, rural Center Point. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 - 8 p.m. Wednesday (Feb. 23.)
Survivors include her son, Ryan of Cedar Rapids; her mother, Sylvia Johnson and husband Karen of Cedar Rapids; her father, Allen Jons of Marion; two brothers, Scott Jons of Walker and Rod Jons of Marion; her paternal grandfather, Vernon C. Jons of Walker; her Godmother, Carolyn Lindsey; and many loving family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Marion Jons, and maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Hazel Welsh.
Pam was born the daughter of Allen and Sylvia Welsh Jons on December 4, 1970, in Independence, Iowa. She was employed by Carver Ace Hardware on Center Point Road as an assistant manager.
Pam will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for her son, Ryan.
