Myron Gilbert Otto, 68, of Center Point, formerly of Norco, California, died Monday, May 18, 2009, at home. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 30, 2009, at Round Lake Cemetery in Round Lake, Minnesota.
Survivors include a sister, Shirley Rients of Graettinger, Iowa; a brother, Wayne Otto of Norco, California; his nephews, Jeff (Melanie) Rients of Center Point, Iowa, Randy (Christina) Rients of Virginia Beach, Virginia, David (Lisa) Rients of Fullerton, California, Erik Otto of Las Vegas, Nevada; and a niece, Pam (Steve) Tuschman of Golden Valley, Minnesota.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a step-son, Roy; a brother, Robert Otto; and a brother-in-law, Dr. Verland Rients.
Myron was born March 14, 1941, the son of Gilbert and Doris (Meyer) Otto in Ocheyedan, Iowa. He worked as a bartender, a mechanic on hot rods, and at the Elks Club most of his life.
