Myron Lynn Miller

Myron Lynn Miller, 38, of 1212 Rose Street, S.E., died Wednesday, December 27, 2006, at St. Luke?s Hospital, Cedar Rapids, following a sudden illness. Graveside Services: 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 31, 2006, at Urbana Cemetery, Urbana, by the Rev. Dorothy Gerr. The family will greet friends from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday and 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include four sons, Jason Allen Miller, Maliki Bonharley Wilkinson, both of Cedar Rapids, Cody Allen Miller of Anamosa, and Luke Anthony White of Cedar Rapids; his mother, Margaret Miller of Hiawatha; two sisters, Laura (Shawn) Van Dee and Linda Bailey (John Beving); and two brothers, Loren Miller Jr. (Kris Keener) and Matthew Miller, all of Cedar Rapids; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and his dogs, Daisy and Bronze.
He was preceded in death by his father, Loren Miller; his grandparents, Arthur and Clarice Miller and Chancey and Doris Olsen; a brother, Mitch; a niece Holly; a nephew, Mitchell; and a great-nephew, Steven Hughes.
He was born August 11, 1968, in Iowa City, the son of Loren Lee and Margaret Lou (Olsen) Miller. Myron was a good and kind-hearted person and was good with kids. For the past couple of years, he took care of his father, who passed away on November 12, 2006. He was good at his trade of dry walling. Myron loved camping, fishing, Frisbee golf and playing video games with his nephew Mike, great-nephew, Robbie and his sons. He also loved his mother very much and she along with his family and friends will miss him greatly.
