Michael Elliott Stocker, 65, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died suddenly at his home on Monday, May 9, 2016. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Survivors include his former spouse, Victoria Stocker-Smid; children, Karmyn (Darron Heathcote) Stocker, Simon (Dawn Thomsen) Stocker; grandchildren, Alexandria, Elliott, Kaylea Stocker, Cera Borsberry; siblings, John Temple, Kurt Stocker, Scott Temple, Teri Temple and Christina Stocker; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Marsha Stocker-Temple.
Michael was born on March 22, 1951, in Des Moines, Iowa, son of Lowell and Mildred (Bomar) Temple. He enjoyed woodworking, cooking, gardening and listening to music but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
