Michael Clark Patton, 63, of Maplewood, New Jersey, passed away on June 20, 2014, of Metastasized Renal Cell Carcinoma.
Michael was born in Salt Lake City, UT, on March 3, 1951. He received degrees from the Air Force Academy, the University of Utah, and the Illinois Institute of Technology. An Air Force Captain, he was a meteorology officer during the Vietnam War.
A structural specialist for FEMA, Michael was a devoted father, avid sailor, enthusiastic golfer, and zealous Broncos fan. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Zimpfer; his children, Annabelle, Michael Casey, and Donovan; his daughter-in-law, Jacqueline; his father, Lyle; and two sisters.
Michael will be buried at the Zimpfer family plot in Troy Mills, Iowa, on June 29, 2014, at 2:00 p.m.
