Michael S. Dunn

Michael S. Dunn, 45, of Center Point, died Sunday, July 20, 2003, at Buchanan County Health Center, Independence, as a result of a car accident. Services: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2003, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Center Point, by the Rev. John Caughron. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, 2003, at the funeral home.
Survivors include his parents, Conrad and Naomi Dunn of Manchester; his sisters, Tammy Pray and husband Joel of Center Point, and Peggy Butler and husband Douglas of Omaha, Nebraska; six nieces and nephews; and two great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Berneice Gammon, Faye Dunn and Donald and Ella Marie Timms.
Michael was born December 18, 1957, the son of Conrad and Naomi Timms Dunn, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He retired as a general contractor and worked at Wal-Mart in Cedar Rapids. Michael will be truly missed by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for Alcoholism in memory of Michael.
