Megan was born December 10, 1994, the daughter of Robert and Stacy (McEnany) Scott, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She was a sophomore at Linn-Mar High School. Megan loved being a big sister to Makayla and Madison. Some of her favorite past times were boating, shopping, dancing and singing. Her greatest love was spending time with family and friends. Her life goal was to become a history teacher and a mommy. Her parents will be lost without Meggy, their “electronic gadget guru.” She was a wonderful sister, daughter, niece, granddaughter, and friend.

The family will be forever grateful for family, friends, community, church, Hospice of Mercy and University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics for their unending support of Megan during her life and battle for her life.

The best gift Megan gave us is happy memories and living life knowing love of family and friends is everything. Everyone will honor her by continuing to love life and love the people in their life.
