Marlene Kay Wyman, 84, of Amana, Iowa, passed away Monday, May 6, 2024, at Colonial Manor in Amana. No services will be held. Private burial will take place at a later date at Linwood Cemetery in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, assisted the family.
Marlene was born October 31, 1939, in East Peoria, Illinois, the daughter of Ira and Nelda (Sholwalter) Rowe. On February 20, 1957, she was united in marriage to Robert Wyman. Marlene was a loving homemaker that will be dearly missed.
Survivors include her children, Robert (Amy) Wyman Jr., Judy Shoemaker, Steve (DeAlleyn) Wyman, and John (Dawnelle) Wyman, all of Cedar Rapids, many grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son-in-law, Shane Shoemaker.
