Mark Allen Dusterhoft, 57, of Cedar Rapids, died suddenly at his home on July 13, 2011. Services: 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2011, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Cedar Rapids by Rev. Del Bear. Burial: Calvary Cemetery in Victor at a later date.
Survivors include his brother, Tom (Ruth) Dusterhoft of Olathe, Kansas; his sister, Julie (Jim) Kretzschmar of Iowa City; and six nieces and nephews, Kirsten, Ryan, Chad, Britt, Matt and Kris.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ron.
Mark was born June 22, 1954, the son of George and Norma (Mantz) Dusterhoft in Grinnell. He graduated from Jefferson High School in 1972. Mark retired from Blahnik Construction.
Mark enjoyed riding his Harley, hunting, fishing, and NASCAR.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
