LuAnn Kregel, 91, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Wednesday, March 20, 2024. Private family graveside services will be held in Guttenberg, Iowa, at a later date. Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Cedar Rapids assisted the family.
LuAnn was born March 8, 1933, in McGregor, Iowa, the daughter of Ernie and Isabella (Coffman) Lang. She was united in marriage to Irvin Harold Kregel on November 12, 1951, in Guttenberg, Iowa. LuAnn dedicated her life to raising her children.
Survivors include her sons, Rick (Barb) Kregel of Palo, Iowa, and Jeff (Pam) Kregel of Cedar Rapids; grandsons, Jordan Arneson of Coralville, Iowa, Devon (Addison) Kregel of North Liberty, Iowa, and Mitch Kregel of Cedar Rapids; granddaughter, Rachel Arneson (Ron Redd) of Cedar Rapids; great-grandchildren, Logan Kregel and Odin Redd; and brother, Robert Lang.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Kregel; parents, Ernie and Isabella Lang; and siblings, Bill Lang, Ernestine Schultz, Carlean (LeRoy) Lettington, and John Lang.
