Loren “Karl” Jenkins, 77, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at his home. Funeral Service: 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Loren was born October 8, 1946, in Sioux City, Iowa, the son of Melborne and Nellie (Moore) Jenkins. He worked for Options, and he loved the outdoors. Loren will be dearly missed.
Survivors include his siblings, Kathleen Jenkins of Cedar Rapids and Kenneth Bailey of Charles City, Iowa, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Karen J. Stallman, and Ronald Jenkins.
