Linda L. Salsbery, 71, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Thursday, March 16, 2017. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her husband, Alvin; daughter, Crystal; and son, Jeffrey Salsbery; two half-sisters, Charlene and Karen.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two children, Angela and Phillip; and sister, Ann Harford.
Linda was born October 28, 1945, the daughter of Robert and Dorothy (O’Brien) Litsey, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A 1965 graduate from Jefferson High School, she was united in marriage to Alvin Salsbery on January 27, 1968 in Cedar Rapids.
Linda was a homemaker who enjoyed shopping, eating out and surprising people with various gifts and trinkets. She also loved animals and flowers.
