Leasiah Ann Marie Sherard (Sherard)

Leasiah Ann Marie Sherard, 3 months, infant daughter of Joshua Sherard and Abigail Rife, died Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at St. Luke’s Hospital. Services: 4:00 p.m. Saturday, December 5, 2009, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service by Deacon Jim Berger. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Also surviving are her grandparents, Monte and Kelly Rife, David and Cathy Sherard, and Debbie Sherard; great-grandparents, Gene and (Janet-deceased) Stout, Carl and Sherry Duggan, and Paul and Betty Graham; a brother, Carter Sherard; aunts and uncles, Aubrey Rife, Chad and Brooke Harmer, and Erik and Lisa Sherard; and cousins, Eliana and Noah.
Leasiah was born August 27, 2009, in Cedar Rapids. Even though her time here was brief, she was always smiling and brought joy to everyone.

A memorial fund has been established in memory of Leasiah.
