Landie LeRoy Carkhuff, 79, of Marion, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday, August 12, 2009, at St, Luke’s Hospital, Cedar Rapids, after a sudden illness. Landie is survived by his wife, Sheryl. There will be no visitation or services at this time.
