Kerry Bauer Schutzman, 47, of Marion, died Tuesday, February 21, 2005, in her home following a short illness. Memorial Services: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 26, 2005, at Murdoch Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Marion, by the Rev. Terry Seufferlein. The family will greet friends Saturday at the funeral home one hour prior to services.
Survivors include her husband, Rod; a daughter, Danielle Schutzman of Marion; her parents, William and Nancy Bauer of Three Lakes, Wisconsin; a brother, William Ward (Joanna) Bauer of Cedar Rapids; a sister, Wendy Carter of Cedar Rapids; and a mother-in-law, Phyllis Schutzman of Toddville.
She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Ivan Schutzman.
Kerry was born the daughter of William W. and Nancy (Ward) Bauer on February 24, 1957, in Kansas City, Missouri. She attended University of Kansas for two years. On August 25, 1979, in Marion, she was united in marriage to Rod Schutzman. Kerry, along with her husband, owned and operated Midway Outdoor Equipment.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Kerry?s memory.
