Kenneth H. Mishler, 80, of 439 Lindale Dr., died Sunday, May 1, 2005, at St. Luke?s Hospital, following a short illness. Services: 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2005, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Marion by Rev. Jerry Springston. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Private family burial will be at Horton Cemetery, Horton, Iowa.
Survivors include his son, Richard Mishler and friend Sherri Wilcox of Cedar Rapids; two daughters, Michele Buchanan of Cedar Rapids and Kelly Hartwig and husband Allen of Marion; a brother, Don Mishler of Waverly; a sister, Mary Weisenstein of Charles City; nine grandchildren, Rikki, Fred, Adam, Macey, Jens, Genna, Jarl, Sasha and Rebecca; and two great-grandchildren, Taylor and Nolan.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; and three sisters.
Kenneth was born September 4, 1924, the son of Herbert and Bertha (Stufflebeam) Mishler in Nashua. He married Rhoda Mishler, they later divorced. He was employed at Nash Finch. Kenneth was a member of First Baptist Church - Church of the Brethren.
