Joyce Eleanor Serbousek

Joyce Eleanor Serbousek, 89, of Marion, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017, at her home. In agreement with her wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no services held. A private family committal will take place at a later date.
Surviving are her son, Michael Serbousek and his wife, Judy of Minturn, Colorado; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother; a sister; and her husband.
Joyce was born August 7, 1928, the daughter of Fred and Anna (Bartels) Lange in Scotch Grove, Iowa. She graduated from Monticello High School. Joyce was formerly employed as a clerical worker for the Iowa Department of Transportation. On November 10, 1950, she married Norton Dee Serbousek at The Little Brown Church in Nashua.
