Joyce A. Blair, 76, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Wednesday, January 6, 2016, at St. Luke’s following a prolonged illness.
Joyce was born on February 1, 1939, in Anamosa, Iowa, daughter of Willis and Carrie (Kelley) Martin. She married Michael Blair on May 23, 1967, in Los Angeles, California.
Survivors include her husband, three children, six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and two spoiled cats.
Celebration of Life: 3-5 p.m. Sunday, January 17, 2016, at the River of Life Ministries, Cedar Rapids.
