He was a Purchaser for Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids for over 30 years. Jon loved music and was a talented musician himself; he was known to be a walking musical encyclopedia. He played guitar and sang in various 50’s to 70’s era local bands over the years. He also enjoyed riding his classic motorcycle and helping his wife manage their many pets. Jon had a wicked sense of humor (dry with sarcasm) and loved to discuss (argue…) politics and religion.
