Jolene M. Kvicka (Kvicka)
December 19, 1944 — August 16, 2007
Jolene M. Mrkvicka, 62, a resident of Living Center East, died Thursday, August 16, 2007, at St. Luke’s Hospital. Services: 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 18, 2007, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Walker by Rev. Del Bear. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial: Walker Cemetery.
Survivors include her sister, Mary Lou (Gary) Danielson of Urbana; two sisters-in-law, Geraldine Mrkvicka and F. Janie Mrkvicka, both of Cedar Rapids; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Charles, William, and Gerald.
Jolene was born December 19, 1944, the daughter of Joseph and Winogene (Bennett) Mrkvicka in Walker. She enjoyed playing bingo. Jolene was a very friendly person and her smile will be missed by those who knew and loved her.
