John Edward Price, 66, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Friday, May 10, 2013, in his home. There will be no services. Arrangements by Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include children, Sheila (Joe) Jenney of Marion, Shelly Robertson (Jim) of Fairfax, Shane (Jennifer) Price, Shannon (JonTese) Ware and Michael Hoover, all of Cedar Rapids; eighteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and siblings, Mary of Center Point and Ted of Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents Wilford and Ethel Price; two brothers, Sonny and David; and sister, Willa.
John was born on November 15, 1946, in Iowa City, son of Wilford and Ethel (Mitchell) Price. He worked as a truck driver for over 20 years. John loved fishing and spending time with his family.
