Jenna E. Reeves, 23, of St. Paul, Minnesota, formerly of Delaware, Iowa, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2019. Visitation: 4:00 - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 29, 2019, Bohnenkamp – Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Manchester, Iowa, with additional visitation one hour prior to services on Wednesday. Memorial Services: 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, January 30, 2019, Bohnenkamp – Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Manchester, officiated by Pastor Pete Buschmann.

Jenna was born June 29, 1995, in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Jason and Carey (Boggess) Reeves. Jenna was a graduate of Maquoketa Valley High School, Delhi. She attended Hawkeye Community College and received her degree in journalism and communication from Iowa State University. Jenna performed with the Colt Cadets. She was very social and fun to be with. Jenna owned Pure Joy Photography and also worked as a nanny and provided day care for children she loved dearly. She had a love of all animals and was committed to rescuing them. Jenna enjoyed photography, reading, poetry and writing. She liked nature, swimming, and attending hockey games with family. Jenna was an activist for feminism and body empowerment and she was recently interested in learning about political and world issues.

Survivors include her mother, Carey (Josh) Rubino of Des Moines; her father, Jason (Amy) Reeves of Delaware; fiancé, Jeff Meier of St. Paul, Minnesota and their five fur baby cats; brother, Trent Reeves of Kirkland AF Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico; step-siblings, Kyla Johnson (Josh) of Jesup, Tessa Andersen of Delhi, Jessica Andersen of Monticello, Heather Giellis (Joe) of Webster, and Candi Giellis of Monticello; grandparents, Bob and Colleen Schulte of Delhi, and Kim (Craig) Buttshaw of Waterloo; great-grandmother, Marian Paulsen of Waterloo; aunts and uncles, Lori (Jeremy) Trenkamp of Delhi, Mark (Laura) Schulte of Delhi, Brent (Lisa) Boggess of Waterloo, Dana Boggess of Waterloo, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Jenna was preceded in death by grandparents, Dennis Boggess and Gerald Reeves.
