Jack was born January 22, 1934, the son of Ralph and Marie (Ehlers) Hubler, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He graduated from Franklin High School in 1952. Jack married Tudie Rozek on February 23, 1952, at St. Raphael’s in Dubuque. Jack worked for the Rock Island Railroad and served in management as a Trainmaster in major metropolitan cities. In 1962, he returned to Cedar Rapids, where he entered the real estate business. In 1975, he established Jack Hubler Realty. He and Tudie later relocated to Ft. Myers, FL in 1982 and continued in the business until his retirement. In 2009, they returned to Marion to be closer to family. There was a special place in Jack’s heart for his family and friends at Hy-Vee. He was also an avid reader and enjoyed watching sports. But his greatest love was his time spent with his family. Jack was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and uncle. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
