Henry was born July 4, 1921 in Prairieburg, IA. He proudly owned and operated Mysak Trucking and farmed most of his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 60 years, Juanita; two brothers; and two sisters.

Henry lived a full 90 years and enjoyed dancing, coon hunting, and mushroom hunting. His true love was his home, his family and his paint horses.

His grace, smile and the sparkle in his eye will be missed by many. We were so blessed to be able to call him Dad.
