Henry Steven Muhlbach
August 7, 1989 — December 3, 2008
Henry S. Muhlbach, 19, of 4221 Fox Meadow Drive S.E., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Wednesday, December 3, 2008, in University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, in Iowa City, from cancer. Services: 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 6, 2008, at First Assembly of God, Cedar Rapids, by the Rev. Larry Sohn. Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Burial: Grand Island Cemetery, Grand Island, Nebraska, at a later date.
Survivors include his parents; grandparents, Ken and Agnus Muhlbach, Carol Grimminger,and Gwyer and Joyce Grimminger; sisters, Emily Muhlbach and Madison Muhlbach; brothers, Lewis Muhlbach and William Muhlbach; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Henry was born August 7, 1989, in Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota, the son of Vern and Ann (Grimminger) Muhlbach. He attended Isaac Newton Christian Academy, graduated from Washington High School and was attending Kirkwood Community College. Henry was employed by Tomaso’s Pizza.
Henry showed strength, hope and courage beyond his years. He loved his family and
friends, writing and music.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Henry’s memory.
