Harold "Curly" Ellsworth

Harold “Curly” Ellsworth, 98, of 196 15th Avenue S.W., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Saturday, July 6, 2008, in Willow Gardens Care Center, Marion, following a short illness. There will be no services. Burial: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. Arrangements by Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include his daughter, Alice Fowler of Cookville, Tennessee; son, Steve (Linda) Ellsworth of Denver, Colorado; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Eileen.
Harold was born January 6, 1910, in Iowa, the son of Vernon and Barbara (Brookner) Ellsworth. In 1933 he married Eileen Longmire in Cedar Rapids. She died January 23, 1999. He was self-employed as a photographer for 25 years.
Harold was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
